By accessing or using StolenWatchCheck.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

StolenWatchCheck.com provides a searchable database of reported stolen and lost luxury watches. The Service allows users to: - Search a watch serial number to check whether it has been reported stolen or lost. - Register a stolen or lost watch in the database. - Access advanced check certificates and bulk check functionality (paid plans). - Access the database via API (Business plan subscribers). The Service is provided for lawful purposes only. It is designed to help buyers verify the provenance of a watch before purchase and to assist owners, insurers, and law enforcement in recovering stolen property.

**Free checks:** A basic serial number check is available to all users without registration. Free checks return a Clear, Flagged, or Under Review result and are subject to fair use limits. **Paid plans:** Advanced certificates, batch checks, and API access are available under paid subscription plans. Paid plans are governed by the subscription terms agreed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. **Business plans:** API access and bulk features are subject to the additional API Terms provided on acceptance of a Business plan agreement.

By using the Service, you agree that: - You will only use the Service for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. - You will not attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our express written permission. - You will not submit false, fraudulent, or malicious reports to the database. - You will not use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any individual. - You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or databases. - You will not use check results as a sole basis for making accusations against individuals. Breach of these conditions may result in immediate termination of your access and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

**Clear results:** A Clear result means no record of this serial number exists in our database at the time of the check. It does not constitute a guarantee of authenticity, full provenance, or that the watch has not been stolen. Our database, while comprehensive, is not exhaustive. **Flagged results:** A Flagged result means the serial number matches a record in our database. Users should exercise caution and conduct further due diligence before purchasing a flagged watch. A flagged result does not constitute a legal finding. **Under Review results:** An Under Review result indicates a pending query that has not been fully verified. StolenWatchCheck accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of check results. We strongly recommend treating our results as one input among several in any purchasing decision.

All content, design, code, and database compilation on StolenWatchCheck.com is the property of StolenWatchCheck.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission. The watch serial number data submitted by users remains the property of the submitting party; by submitting data, you grant us a licence to include it in the database and use it to provide the Service.

When you submit a watch registration or other content to the Service, you represent and warrant that: - You are the owner of the watch, or have the authority to register it (e.g. as an insurer or authorised agent). - The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. - You will notify us promptly if the watch is recovered or the registration needs to be updated or removed. We reserve the right to remove or amend any submission that we believe is inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these Terms.

The Service uses third-party providers including Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of any linked website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StolenWatchCheck.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StolenWatchCheck.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable local law that cannot be excluded by this clause.
